Edward D. Anthony

Trustee Edward "Ed" D. Anthony was elected and began his term as Warren Township Trustee January 1, 2016.


A local community graduated from Champion High school in 1979 and a graduate of the Trumbull

County Basic Training Police Academy in 1983.


Ed first gained management experience as a

supervisor at the United Refining Company. His service to Warren Township began in 1983 as a Police Officer and Sergeant for 33 years before retiring in 2015. Ed is a lifelong resident of Trumbull County residing in Warren Township for the past 35 years. His wife Kathy and Ed have been married for 35 years. They have two children Amber and Ed Jr., both live in Warren Township.  Ed is the proud grandfather to Zora and Jackson. Ed also serves as Chairman of the Emergency Management Board, and sits on the Geauga/Trumbull County COG Board.

Fire Chief

Joseph M. Natali

Fire Chief Joseph "Joe" M. Natali was appointed and began as Warren Township Fire Chief on May 3rd, 2021.


A local community graduate from LaBrae High School in 1993. Joe followed the footsteps of his father and joined the fire service in 1993 with Braceville Township Fire Department as a volunteer.


Joe received his volunteer firefighter and EMT-Basic certification. Joe was promoted to Lieutenant at Braceville Fire in 2001. Joe joined Warren Township Fire Department as a volunteer. Joe was hired with Warren Township Fire Department as a part time employee in 2015. With Warren Township Fire Department, Joe obtained his Firefighter Level 1 and then Firefighter Level 2 certification, Fire Safety Inspector, and Hazmat Technician Certification. At Warren Township Fire Department, Joe held positions of Deputy Fire Chief and Treasurer. His wife Rachel and Joe have been married since 1998. They have three children. Joe is a member of the Trumbull County and Ohio Fire Chief’s Associations.

Road Supervisor/Cemetery Sexton

Road Supervisor/Cemetery Sexton Joseph "Joe" Toporcer was appointed and began as Warren Township Road Supervisor/Cemetery Sexton on May 3rd, 2021.


A local community graduate from Western Reserve in Berlin Center and Mahoning County JVS for Powered Equipment Mechanics in 2000. Joe attended Stark State College for Firefighting/EMS, and the University of Northwestern Ohio for Agricultural Business Management in 2002.


Joe started working at Paris Township Road Department in Stark County and then became a Road Foreman for Smith Township in Mahoning County in 2019. Joe is a Firefighter/Emt with Newton Falls Joint Fire District, Ellsworth Fire Department and is a Deputy Chief with Mahoning County Hazmat team. His wife Jennifer and Joe have been married since 2011. They have a daughter. In his spare time Joe enjoys spending time with his family and working on the family farm.
